We are your full service HVAC DDC Controls integrator. We specialize in integrated DDC Controls Systems. We are Systems Integrators, not a Mechanical Service Company that installs controls. With Systems Integration as our core business, we are always on top of the latest developments in an industry that is always changing. We can help you keep your facility running smoothly and efficiently. Over the course of the last few Years JAMCO Controls, Inc. has dramatically changed the direction they are heading. There are three key areas we are working on:

• Service - Over the past 10 Years JAMCO Controls, Inc. has had to stay in business performing plan and spec and performance contracting. This has led to a lot of systems being installed, but very few of them a point of pride. Doing it like this makes JAMCO Controls, Inc. just another contractor. No one ever gets what they want! We are now focusing on Service and relationship with our CLIENTS not contractors. We are willing to service any system out there and we can provide service for any of those systems that where installed in the same old Owner-Architect-Engineer-General Contractor-Mechanical Contractor-Control Contractor tier setup. Yes that is the list of people between you and your controls! Let us help reconnect you to your controls and maybe we can streamline it enough that you can have some input in the way your building runs!
• Integration - There are way too many mechanical and controls contractors installing controls. We are tired of competing in this market. It just makes us cut the same corners they do and no one is happy! We will repair those systems and re vitalize the front end with new software and graphics and treat you like a client! We can make those orphaned systems in your building homes on the one control network so that you have one point of view and one piece of software to learn. We use Tridium Niagara N4 for all of our integration Projects!
• Direct Award - We can't get all the way away from being a subcontractor, but we can avoid it wherever it is possible. As a subcontractor there is an un-needed person between JAMCO, the product, client, and the payment. This unnecessary dynamic often keeps a project from living up to its potential, (not always but more often than not). We choose to direct award projects whenever possible with a negotiated or design-build approach and can bond very large control projects.

  Mary E. Rashott (President)

  Mary is actively involved in sales and the very important behind the scenes financial stuff. Without her support there would be no JAMCO Controls, Inc. Mary brings 25 + years of business management experience to the table. Without this we could not offer Industrial class Energy Management Installations to the medium sized commercial sector. She also has a working knowledge of DDC Controls.

  Joseph A. Rashott III (Vice President)

  Joe is the resident control expert, as he has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is extremely experienced in Metasys, Johnson, Honeywell, Distech, and many more! In the past, he has been actively involved in project engineering in several large energy management projects and has a vision for commercial and residential projects alike. Joe is a Lonmark certified professional and has an abundance of experience with Lon Integration. He is also Niagra AX and N4 cerified and makes the best of these powerful platforms to provide the end user with a seamlessly integrated Premises Automation System!

  Jordyn A. Rashott (Marketting Manager)

  Jordyn is the newest member of the JAMCO Controls, Inc. team. She brings a creative influence to the company that is vital. Jordyn also has 5 years of experience in sales, as well as a year in web design.
